If the conversation shows your business needs it, it goes in your proposal with a fixed price next to it. You only ever pay for what your site actually needs, and you’ll never discover an add-on you were supposed to know about.
The one line I hold: physical products with inventory and shipping belong on Shopify, and I’ll tell you so and point you to someone good.

Why don’t you list exact prices?
Because exact prices belong to exact sites. The from-numbers are real: builds start at $3,800 + GST and care starts at $149 a month + GST. What your site lands at depends on what it needs to do, and I’d rather price your actual job than sell you a package that half fits. You’ll have your number in writing before anything begins.
Is there a cheaper option?
No, and that’s deliberate. If budget is the deciding factor, I’m not your builder, and I’ll happily point you at good DIY options. No hard feelings.
What about the Blueprint credit?
Build with me within 90 days of your document landing in your inbox and the full $997 comes off your build price. Not credited toward, off: the Build starts at $3,800 + GST, so it’s $2,803 + GST to go. No conditions. After 90 days the Blueprint stands as its own piece of work.
Can I pause or cancel?
Pause anytime, no penalty, site stays live. Cancel with 30 days notice and everything comes with you.
What if I don’t love the site?
Full refund of your setup fee, minus card processing (about 3%) and domain costs. You see the complete site before the subscription starts.
Do you work with clients outside New Zealand?
Yes. Based in Whangārei, working worldwide, everything remote. You pay in NZ dollars and your bank handles the conversion.
Why is there a monthly fee at all?
Because a website isn’t a thing you buy once. It’s a thing that runs, and things that run need someone watching them. The monthly means that someone is me, and you never think about it.
Tax note: monthly fees are typically operating expenses, deductible in the year you pay them. Your setup fee may be treated differently. Check with your accountant.
