Is the monthly fee tax deductible?
Monthly fees are typically deductible business expenses (like internet or phone). Your setup fee may have different treatment. Check with your accountant for your situation.
Do you work with clients outside Northland?
Yes. Based in Whangārei, servicing NZ-wide. Everything happens via text, phone, and email.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — month-to-month with 30 days' notice. You own your domain, content, and design from day one — we'll help you move to any provider you choose.
Is this cheaper than a traditional agency?
Usually, yes. Agencies often cost $10,000–$20,000 over two years. YourHQ is $4,573 + GST for Launch over the same period — including updates and annual refresh.
Can you set up online payments on my website?
Yes — on the Growth plan. We can build a simple Stripe payment flow so customers can select from your services, pay a deposit, or pay in full. This suits cafes taking catering bookings, consultants collecting retainers, or anyone who needs to get paid through their site.
What we don't do is full online stores — product catalogues, inventory management, and shipping workflows are a different beast. For that, Shopify is the right tool and we'll point you in the right direction.
What's included in the Google Maps setup?
Launch & Growth: We claim/verify your listing (where needed), write the description, set service areas, add photos, and link it to your website.
Growth only: Includes a review collection system to help you build your ratings over time.
