Why Is There
a Monthly Fee?

Because a website isn't a product you buy once. It's infrastructure that needs to run, stay secure, stay current, and keep up with you as you grow.

The subscription means you never have to think about any of that. It's sorted.

Want a Design Refresh?

When you're ready for a visual update — new palette, typography, layouts, hero imagery — the Design Refresh Add-On is available 12 months after launch for $600 + GST. Order it when you want it. Nothing is forced on a schedule.

Tax note

Monthly fees are typically treated as operating expenses, deductible in the year you pay them. Your setup fee may be treated differently. Check with your accountant.

Pricing FAQ

What does this cost in total?

$3,800 NZD + GST setup. Monthly care from $149/mo NZD. Add-Ons available if you need specific integrations. You will receive a clear, fixed-price quote before we start.

Is there a cheaper option?

A one-page digital business card is available by referral only starting at $1,950 NZD + GST. Most businesses find the full Build offers significantly better ROI for their growth.

What if I already have a website?

Most of my clients do. I start fresh, in your voice, to where you are now.

Can I get an audit before committing to a build?

Yes. The Website Audit is a one-time $997 NZD + GST. You get a full professional read of your current site — scored out of 50 page by page, what's working and what's holding you back, a recommended new structure, and page-by-page copy rewritten in your voice — delivered as a single document within five working days. Works on any platform, for sites up to eight pages. If you go on to build with me, it's a head start.

Can I add Add-Ons later?

Yes. Add-Ons can be added at build time or after launch. They're priced separately and don't automatically change your monthly tier. Your tier reflects how active your site is overall, though most clients move up a tier when their site starts doing more.

Is there priority support or a faster response?

By default, no tier gets answered faster than another. The tiers are about how much included dev time you have each month, not who gets replied to first. If you want priority, Concierge ($199/mo NZD) bolts onto any tier — Sorted, Connected, or Building — and gives you priority queue position, 24-hour weekday turnaround, and an extra 1.5 hours of dev time on top of your tier.

Can I cancel?

Yes, 30 days notice, month-to-month. Full static export when you leave.

Can I pause?

Yes. Hosting and security continue. Your site stays live. No penalty.

Do you work with clients outside New Zealand?

Yes. Based in Aotearoa, working globally. Everything happens remotely.

What if I don't love the site?

Full refund of your setup fee, minus Stripe processing (~3%) and domain costs. Love it or leave it.
